If you’re a North American educator who’s dreamed of putting a SMART Board interactive whiteboard in your classroom but lacked the funds to do so, you’re in luck. The SMART Board 400 series interactive whiteboard, SMART’s entry-level interactive whiteboard, is now available in North America.

The 400 series includes the SMART Board 480 interactive whiteboard and the SMART Board 480iv interactive whiteboard system, which comes with the SMART V25 projector.

Like the SMART Board 600 series and the SMART Board 800 series, the 400 series offers a rich user experience, recognizing both pen and finger inputs, and enables you to easily interact with digital content. 

The 400 series supports both the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems and ships with SMART Notebook collaborative learning software. Users also gain access to the complete SMART solution including the SMART Exchange website and SMART services and support.

The 400 series was launched in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Mexico in January of this year.
