Saddleback brings math and literature to life with interactive lessons

Submitted by SLSMART on October 6, 2011 – 6:00 amNo Comment

Everything from polygons to Pride and Prejudice becomes more fun to learn about when teachers add interactive elements to the lessons. That’s what Saddleback Educational Publishing is helping to do with its series of interactive whiteboard lessons.

The lessons are designed to grab the attention of struggling learners in grades 6 to 12 while providing teachers with digital content that’s easy to customize.

As SMART Accredited Titles, these software applications are all compatible with the SMART Board interactive whiteboard and they’re all available on the SMART Exchange website!

Saddleback’s Interactive Whiteboard Timeless Classics offers interactive whiteboard activities on classic novels while its Interactive Whiteboard Math provides interactive whiteboard activities on pre-algebra, geometry, algebra, and algebra 2.

Established in 1982, Saddleback Educational Publishing has been meeting the needs of struggling learners for decades. The California-based company offers thousands of high-interest/low-readability materials, including books, audio books, teacher’s resources and educational software. Last year, Saddleback decided to expand its selection by entering the interactive whiteboard content market.
