SMART Notebook 11 contains an Internet browser that inserts live websites right into your SMART Notebook software page and allows you to write over the site and to drag and drop content into the page. It also features an adaptive toolbar and supports widgets available for download on the SMART Exchange^™ website.

SMART Response assessment software 2012 features new educational standards and cognitive level question tagging, enhanced Teacher Tools reporting and image support for the SMART Response VE interactive response system. SMART Response assessment software is the only one of its kind that integrates seamlessly with SMART Notebook software, enabling instant assessment and saving time with daily lesson plans.

3D Tools for SMART Notebook, a new plug-in that provides tools to import, view and manipulate 3D content is now available for both Mac and PC users. SMART Ink is a feature that allows educators and students to naturally write over any digital content on a SMART Board interactive whiteboard, convert their writing to text and save it. SMART Ink allows students to work with any digital content and interact freely in any application.
