Professional development (PD) is essential for broadening the scope of your instruction, improving learning outcomes and ensuring the successful implementation of your SMART products. An increasing number of educators are realizing that if technology products are in classrooms, then training and PD can’t be a one-shot deal – it needs to be an ongoing part of a district’s overall strategy. What many educators don’t realize is that PD doesn’t have to be expensive or inconvenient.
