Share your vision for collaborative classrooms with SMART and Microsoft at ISTE 2012

When two education technology thought-leaders get together, what do you suppose they discuss?

Why, improving education, of course!

Tomorrow and Wednesday at ISTE 2012, SMART and Microsoft are bringing together educators and education technology experts to share ideas and insights on how to create truly collaborative classrooms.

And it’s all happening… at a distance!

Using the power of Bridgit conference software and SMART Board interactive whiteboards, we’ll be connecting SMART’s booth 3313 and Microsoft’s Ballroom 20A to collaborate on this important vision.

SMART and Microsoft representatives will be facilitating the discussion, but it’s your voice we want to hear! The discussion will cover topics such as:

  • What it means to create collaborative classrooms
  • What types of technology will be used
  • What does the furniture or classroom setup look like
  • How the above changes will impact teaching and learning

There are two opportunities to participate in this exciting distance collaboration:

Tuesday, June 26 at 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday, June 27 at 1:30 p.m.

Each session is about 25 minutes long.

We look forward to your attendance at these sessions. If you aren’t attending ISTE 2012, share your ideas for collaborative classrooms in the comments section below.
