Anticipation Grows for SEE Summit
By John Mein
With less than a week until the SMART Exemplary Educator (SEE) Summit at SMART’s world headquarters in Calgary, Canada, the anticipation is becoming unbearable. We’ve received our agenda, and I have to say the schedule looks amazing! I can’t wait to arrive and meet the other SEEs.
I look forward to collaborating with SEEs from across the country and the world to see what amazing ideas we can come up with. As the writer of Mr. Smart Trainer, you better believe I’ll be bringing games into the conversation. This is a great opportunity to spread our tips and tricks for interactivity and engagement with educators everywhere. I have collaborated through Twitter (@johnmein) with many of the SEEs that will be in attendance, and it’s always fun to meet the face behind the Twitter handle.
I will be writing regularly for the EDCompass blog while I attend the week-long event. I’ll be one of four SEEs responsible to give the SMART world insight into this wonderful program and this terrific opportunity. Follow me on Twitter and through the EDCompass blog for my daily updates starting this Sunday, July 15th!
Thanks for stopping by, John Mein
